Andrea Hill - Pilates@no.15I have extensively and passionately practised Pilates for 19 years. My passion for this wonderful form of exercise has never diminished. In my classes I like to convey my never-waning enthusiasm for Pilates. Every single class should be rewarding and challenging at the right level. Having studied extensively through the highly esteemed Pilates Foundation, I opened my own studio in February 2014.

The Pilates studio is ideally situated in laid-back St Margarets, near Richmond, Isleworth and Twickenham. The classes are always kept small so that you can truly benefit from each class. It’s fully equipped with a traditional reformer and cadillac, and the studio also runs mat classes. It doesn’t matter whether you are with or without Pilates experience, or whether you join with a view to injury rehabilitation – there are plenty of classes at competitive prices. to choose from!

Andrea’s classes ensure that whatever your level of physical fitness, you will feel an improvement in your muscle strength and flexibility after a short period of time. She is brilliant at assessing your strengths & weaknesses and personalising the course to your individual needs. As an instructor she is very patient and encouraging.
